David R. Ramsay

Prior to co-founding Care Capital in 2001, Mr. Ramsay was a member of the Investment Committee of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and involved in three generations of Morgan Stanley’s private equity funds over a period of 15 years, and then co-founded the private equity business of Rhône Group, LLC, a private equity and investment banking firm.

Mr. Ramsay received an A.B. in Mathematics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
