Pat has been affiliated with Care Capital since 2002, providing business development and transaction support to a variety of portfolio companies, co-founding and heading business development for Vanda Pharmaceuticals, and seeking Phase III financing and royalty acquisition opportunities for Clinical Development Capital. 

Previously, Pat was President of Unipath Diagnostics, a women’s heath division of Unilever that was sold to Inverness Medical in 2001. And from 1977 to 1997 she held a broad range of positions in business development and licensing, marketing, business analysis, strategic marketing planning, and sales with Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Pat holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
